What tutorial shows how to get the DreamTheme and to put the shortcut on your desktop? Also, I noticed you are using firefox (I think!);is that the browser we need to be using? Currently I have been using explorer.
Again, the lesson is simple and direct. Makes me wonder what I have been so afraid of? Nothing has reached my techie-feared brain like these tutorials. I have spent so much money and time and could never get beyond purchasing the hosting and then it stopped there…so anyone with a “techie-feared brain” like mine needs this course.
I am embrassed to mention how much I have spent and for how many years my friends have said, “give this up and stick to your day job” because I have been trying to get a site up and running for years. I am not an easy sell after purchasing thousands of dollars over many years but Ben and Kimberly have managed to break the cycle for me!

For now, I am not saying a word to any of my friends but when I am up and running next month I will email them all by asking them to check out this site (they will be shocked!). And, of course they will want to know how I did it…I will send them here!

I am sooooo excited about our upcoming class! I can’t WAIT to help everyone learn just how easy WordPress can actually be! I completely understand the tech-phobia, though … and that’s what makes me so excited, because my PASSION is helping others figure out how to make their website work FOR them, rather than AGAINST them. =)

So glad to have you both as members, and Kathy… I completely relate to spending thousands on programs and then friends (and family) wondering how I could manage to stick to something for so long! Well, guess WE are the ones who will come out ahead in the long run for NEVER giving up and never giving in.

Class will be fun and both Ben and I are focused on YOUR RESULTS. We have been working on this program for months and will continue to do so. Our goal is to have THE best WordPress Training Program available (online and off) using Ben’s latest version 2.0 of the Dream Theme.

The WordPress Dream Theme version 2.0 is included with the program and we will be covering ALL the details in class as well as demonstrating the Theme in a webinar series starting tomorrow! Be sure to sign up for that on the homepage if you haven’t already done so.

I will check with Ben about the “shortcut”, Kathy.

Excited?!!!I am making dramatic changes to my life in preparation. Let me explain. When I lost my son and grandaughter over a year ago a part of me was lost. I grieved and survived. Now it’s time to infest in myself and overcome years of fears and obstacles in attempting my online presence. Today I called up my tv carrier and cancel all TV period. I work 40hrs at a day job and do not want any distractions when I get home. The TV seemed to be my greatest distraction and it’s now omitted. Before the webnair tonight I will have installed wordpress on two domains and also the DreamTheme. That might sound so basic but for me it’s been a nightmere but NO MORE! Actually, I just installed wordpress on my primary site and Kimberly your instructions were perfect. When I wanted to rehear something I just stopped you and began again.

I have believed so strongly that I could make a living online for years but have never earned a dime. Every purchase I made promised one thing or another but the bottom line was they gave just enough but not enough, if you know what I mean.

Actually I am amazed that I never gave up believing I could do this because the money I spent until I reach the right people, Ben and Kimberly would have most people defeated. I have already learned more here than in 7 years.

The thing I think I am the most excited about is knowing that I am going to have control of my own site by learning to build it myself. I
learned the hard way when I purchased two sites in the past made for me that I could not make changes too unless I hired a webmaster.

The second aspect of this excitement is using word press and the Dream Theme because so many people think you cannot do anything with wordpress but blogging.

Thank you Kimberly and Ben, for 7 Modules to date of incredibly coherent content! I can’t imagine a better course on WordPress, and the Dream Theme has so much flexibility.

I’ve been excited and focused on doing logo design work for a couple of site headers,and trying to decide which one for Ben to work with–totally neglecting actual content in an effort to “brand” blog to related retail and socialnet sites. However, with the course nearing its end and my consultation looming, it dawned on me–better late than never?–that I should’ve just focused upon putting up a WPDT blog unrelated to any of those pricey platforms I purchased and been feeling guilty about my oh-so-slow follow through.

I would like to adapt the Dream Theme for a Web TV Show for what I have in mind–and what my granddaughter wants to do. Doable? All/most posts will be videos.
