If You Know Your Core Value It WILL Help You
Recognize And Overcome Your Weaknesses

It is easy to accomplish your business goals when you know your core value by understanding how you want to feel about what you do in your business.

I created a really cool magazine cover at MagMyPic, with the intention to place it in my office so I can see it everyday as a reminder of the importance of aligning my passion with my business. This is where the real power comes in for you in what you do.

At times it can be so easy to get off track, focus on the negative instead of the positive, feel overwhelmed and uncertain of our goals. I have learned to recognize these weaknesses and embrace them. I am truly grateful for the understanding that knowing my weaknesses helps me to face them and rise above them to reach greater heights in my life and in my business.

The key thing here is not to focus on your weakness, just acknowledge that they exist. If you don’t do this then they will continually pop up because you never took the time to understand why they exist for you.

Once you take notice of these weaknesses then you can find a way to resolve the issue that surrounds the “fear” (because that is all weaknesses really are!) and find solutions to turn them into your strengths. One way to overcome any weakness is to think about your core value and who you are meant to be in your life and in your business, and HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL!

Think about what feelings jazz you and excite you? When do you feel the most powerfully aligned with your business? These are higher-level energies and where you can be in alignment with spirit to know your core value offer to those you are meant to do business with.

These are the feelings you want to connect with to know your core value offer to the world and why you are here to do business with those you are meant to serve.

Whenever fear and doubt show up for you, think about how you want to feel. Certainly you don’t want to feel fear and doubt, so first accept and embrace those feelings that are really trying to protect you by saying, “Thank YOU! Thank you for protecting me. Thank you for showing me that I this is where I need to gain strength and clarity.”

Take a deep breath in and feel the gratitude that surrounds recognizing these weaknesses.

Next, allow yourself to be open to the Universe to send you ideas that will help you gain strength and clarity, and then give thanks for those ideas with spirit as your guide.

Here’s the best part… when you begin to feel fear and doubt, which are really only lower-level energies, align yourself with the center of your being… your core value. Put your energy into the response that the Universe (I like to refer to this as Spirit or God) creates for you with higher-level energies such as confidence and certainty that guides you to overcome your weaknesses.

This is the place to come from and to BE in when you are moving toward your goals and dreams…. from higher-level energy, from a place of divine guidance. If you know your core value offer then you recognize where you will find your greatest strengths, your most powerful BEing of who you are meant to be and who you are meant to serve in your business.

Stand in your higher-level energy and align yourself to recognize your weaknesses and overcome them by having a success mindset which is in alignment with spirit as your guide to know your core value. This is how you successfully accomplish your goals and dreams for the success you desire.
