Self-Confidence Formula

MINDSET… THE most powerful thing you CAN control is how you chose to think AND what you chose to BELIEVE.

If you believe you can’t, you won’t… BUT, if you believe you can YOU WILL. Think about the times YOU DID achieve what you set out to do. Think about how easy it was to overcome the obstacles because YOU BELIEVED you could. It IS about mindset.

I wrote “The Habits of Achievement” back in 1999 after filing bankruptcy; a battle I lost with the 1996 Olympic Committee in Altlanta over a trademark I owned. But I never gave up hope. I knew I would one day accomplish my dream of success, and here I am today well on my way to reaching that goal.

I have posted something for you to print out, read, and sign from Napoleon Hill’s, Think & Grow Rich. It’s an excerpt from his book…

The Self-Confidence Formula.

Read it often and keep your mindset always thinking positively. Eliminate negative thinking by replacing those thoughts with what I call “empowering thoughts”. The moment you feel negative or say something negative, immediately turn those feelings and thoughts into empowering positive thoughts. It may take some practice but you CAN do it.

Remember, if you think and BELIEVE you CAN you WILL.

All my best,

~Kimberly

So true, Diane. When things sometimes get tough like they do, it’s easy to slip into the “I can’t anymore” or “Why does this happen to me” frame of mind. But I know from personal experience that practicing GRATITUDE in place of feeling sorry for yourself or being angry at a situation CAN change your mindset completely.

I absolutely REFUSE to go negative… I ONLY go positive. It has become that simple. I am grateful each and every day no matter what happens. Amazingly, things ALWAYS turn out right when I am focused this way :)

    HUGS!
