There Is No “I” in Team!

A Learning Experience… The True Meaning of TEAMWORK

Teamwork“There is no I in TEAM.”

When I approached Ben with my “Vision” for creating GFYDMember.com I knew that what we were about to create together was going to be powerful. More importantly, I knew just how much our TEAMWORK here would help people achieve their most desired business goal for success.

Learning WordPress and teaming up with Ben has been a phenomenal experience and one I am truly grateful for.

I was getting ready to shoot another video for our website when I decided to do a quick tweet on Twitter with some of my favorite quotes. It was after I tweeted and posted on our Facebook Fan Page that it dawned on me what I had just written and was actually experiencing right now.

“You will become as small as your controlling desire;
as great as your dominant aspiration.”
~James Allen

In the process of building this website with Ben, I have had my fears pop in and out and have managed to somehow pull myself back into understanding that despite the fear I must remember why I wanted to do this… because no one was teaching WordPress in the the way Ben and I are working on doing to help you better understand it.

We also want to create a lifestyle which enables us both to do what we love best while building a business that generates a six or seven figure a year income doing it!

I am constantly reminding myself that despite my fears, I am fully capable of achieving my most desired goal for now, which is building this site, strengthening a partnership, and creating a community dedicated to helping each other. Not to control one another, but by helping each other achieve our online dreams and goals for success.

“There Is No I In Team!”

Sometimes we feel we have to control things to make them happen… trying to force a square peg into a round hole. When in actuality, controlling and trying to force success to happen is what keeps you small in your business and in your life.

Realizing that pursuing the greatest aspirations of both my partner and I is what the meaning of “TEAM” is all about. Strength is gained in our partnership and that is how the cart gets pulled further and faster – having two work horses and not just one.

It is also how the car gets built – a team of engineers joining together to create the best vehicle possible so the consumer gets the best of all those who participated to make the thing truly “THE BEST”.

It is not about Kimberly doing her thing and Ben doing his… it’s about US doing OUR best together. It’s about YOU doing your best and working with those who will help you accomplish your goal. It is not about controlling anyone or anything else but rather FOCUSING on your greatest dominant aspiration… your most desired business need NOW.

An attracting a team of people to help you succeed!

My friends, Sue and Steve Soucy from Sue and Steve Show, are building an empire based on community, teamwork, AND they “simply expect an abundance of prosperity because of [their] belief in the Law of Attraction.” Sue and Steve ARE attracting abundance in many ways.

Like my friends, Ben and I expect an abundance of prosperity because we too are willing to do whatever we can to help someone “find their power” to achieve their greatest aspirations.

It takes true teamwork to successfully climb a mountain to reach the top, and there is no “I” in team when it comes to creating a highly successful business.

The lesson I gained from this quote is that trying to control anything keeps you small, but to be open to having coaches and working as a team, building a business to achieve the greatest aspirations of all involved, is what catapults the “VISION” to reality.

So remember to work toward your most desired goal for your business now and not worry about who does this or that for the selfishness of just “ONE” member on your team.

The outcome is stronger when you lean on each other and support one another to accomplish the most dominant aspiration, “THE VISION,” together… “There is no I in team.”

I've always loved this quote. I am a visionary and I know having vision is only one part of the puzzle when creating a business, product or doing anything. One must push the vision forward. So even though there is “i” in Vision you need the team to pull the vision together. Great post!
