If you frequently recommend books (or other products) from Amazon.com as an affiliate, the Amazon Reloaded plugin for WordPress can make inserting your affiliate links so much easier! No more worrying about copying and pasting embed code from Amazon, or having to figure out why WordPress is stripping out the iframe code when you publish, once the Amazon Reloaded plugin is configured, you can easily insert affiliate links to amazon books or products from directly within the WordPress Dashboard. In this video I’ll show you how to install and configure the plugin and how to insert an affiliate link into the post editor:

I almost didn’t use this plugin, because of the configuration. I thought I wouldn’t know how, but after finding this video, it’s installed and working. I want to thank you so much for this free video training!

  7. Thanks for the awesome tip! For some reason it keeps on saying “incorrect” whenever I click on it. I’ve changed the security key several times and still the same. :(

  8. Ben Cope says:

@Sorge – According to the plugin developer, the problem you are experiencing with the security key being “incorrect” is because of a change that Amazon made to their API settings. However if the search functionality for amazon still works on your post or page, then you can go ahead and use the plugin, and and you will get your commission from amazon. Also, FYI, this plugin is no longer supported by the plugin developer, but there is an alternative (paid plugin) called “Easy Azon” that you might look into:

It is very easy to follow, I love your instruction – however the newer version doesn’t seem to work and I can’t get the plugin to work. Even though it said some details are incorrect (and I can’t see anything to add or change) I still tried to use it in a post but it still told me it wouldn’t work… Thanks anyway, I really love your site!
